The location of the hotel is excellent, just two streets away from 5th Avenue and a short walk to the beach. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any minor problems. The hotel building is gorgeous and has a lovely architectural style. The attached cafe offers adequate breakfast options.

The hotel felt cozy and there was no reason to complain.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, right in the center of Playa del Carmen. It is surrounded by good restaurants and is close to the beach, making it a convenient choice for business travelers. The rooms in the new building are quite nice, offering a comfortable stay. the breakfast included in the package is healthy and satisfying.

The staff failed to provide accurate information and neglected to inform guests about the pool and sundeck.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was amazing, just a short walk from 5th avenue and the bus station. It was so convenient to explore the city from here. Secondly, the room I stayed in was recently renovated and it was spacious, bright, and clean. The beds were comfortable too! Lastly, I loved having a balcony with a street view. It was a great spot to people-watch and soak up the atmosphere. Oh, and the pool on the roof was a lovely bonus!

Additionally, the hotel offered amenities like WiFi, cable TV, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. And let's not forget the rooftop pool, a great spot to relax and enjoy the views. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and affordability.

the refrigerator in the room was quite small, making it difficult to store a lot of items.

De locatie van het hotel was geweldig, dicht bij de bushalte van lijn 207 waardoor het gemakkelijk was om rond te reizen. Er waren ook veel leuke restaurants in de buurt, perfect voor een avondje uit. De buurt was rustig en vredig, ideaal om te ontspannen na een drukke dag sightseeing. De eigenaren waren uiterst behulpzaam en stonden altijd klaar om ons te helpen met alles wat we nodig hadden. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en authentiek Japans, elke ochtend genoten we van verschillende smaken en gerechten. Al met al was het een geweldige ervaring in dit hotel!

Helaas was er geen airconditioning in de kamer, dus het was behoorlijk warm tijdens ons verblijf.
